We have an occupational therapist and teacher consulting and approving all of our products! This means that our products are good quality, appropriate and will work for you. If you have any questions around this please don't hesitate to contact us.

At the Sensory Hub Store we believe that accidents do happen and you may need to return products. We assess these on a case-by-case basis. We try to be understanding and reasonable as much as we can and follow a relaxed returns policy. If you have an questions please get in touch. But for all refunds, replacements and exchanges please fill out the 'contact us' form detailing your complaint below. We will aim to get back to you in a timely manner.
Change of mind: We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Therefore be weary of what you are purchasing and please call or send us an email before purchases to ask questions about the products. If required seek additional advice from health professionals so that the item is both suitable, appropriate and what your require.
NDIS Plan managed or self managed participants. Unfortunately due to the nature of funds through the NDIS, purchases made through funding is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, we do offer replacement for faulty or damaged items.
Damage or Faulty products: In the case of a damaged or faulty products upon arrival we can offer a replacement, refund or exchange for a product of the same price point. If the product is damaged during transit please lodge a complaint with the shipping company as you are entitled for compensation, we are not.
For our 'squishy' or 'splat' or 'stretch' products:
Due to the flexible, squishy & stretchy nature of these products, it does mean they don’t last forever. It would be awesome if they did, but unfortunately they don't...
Depending on how they are used, they can last an hour, week or a year. All squishy and stretchy items are durable, but not indestructible. They are not recommended for children who may try to bite, chew or ingest the contents. Please note a warranty is not provided unless product is faulty on first opening. The contents are non-toxic however please seek medical advise if ingested. Not suitable for 3 years and under.

At the Sensory Hub Store, We charge a flat rate of $15 for all orders.
There is no minimum requirement of size or cost for shipping.
For orders over 5kg extra shipping costs may be charged.
We ship only within Australia domestically.
Shipping can take between 5-7 business days.
We provide a tracking number once the order has been passed onto the postal company. We are not responsible for any delays or damage as a result of the postal company.
